Till Mount Is It Too Cold To Travel Across America In December, From NY To LA, Or Should I Wait Till The Summer ?

Is it too cold to travel across America in December, from NY To LA, or should I wait till the Summer ? - till mount

I think that concern by journeys across America in December, from east to west and vice versa, but I am about the weather, and if it is too cold and spoil some of the natural treasures that I see (Mount Rushmore, Grand Canyon, etc. .)
I know it gets cold in New York and Chicago, but I wonder how the rest of the country at this time of year, and it would be better to wait until summer?

Each proposal, thank you.

I personally would wait until spring / summer leave. Severity of the winter in the west central coast, and this is perhaps a little harsh, but nothing extreme, and in the south and west throughout the year are warm. IMO its best to overthrow October (MID) head in the autumn in the Midwest and EST are beautiful with all colors and warm weather during the past year he remained until after Halloween. Have fun on your trip there is a great country that I hope you know what you run and I hope you have enough money.
Places to see how

New York
Boston
Chicago
Cleveland (where I live!)
Indianapolis
Salt Lake City
Las Vegas
Denver
San Diego

Several national parks of the West will be closed or limited access in winter.
Go in spring (April-May) you beat the crowd and in some cases, the parks are in their beaks.

To see the national parks:
Yosemite
Sequoia and Kings Canyon
Bryce Canyon
Sion
Grand Canyon
Yellowstone

By the way, if you do not go through the Grand Canyon, to Utah and password to see Bryce and Zion. Bryce is one of the wonders of the West.
